An issue with mail delivery from some Easymail domains to Office 365 has been identified.
The Mail service has been partially restored and we are experiencing delayed mail delivery. Our engineers are working further to resolve the issue.
A spam attack had blacklisted the RM Easymail servers preventing email from getting through. This should now have been resolved. The issue arose from weak passwords so please ensure you have a strong password.
This IS NOT where the email accounts have been switched off although RM Easymail will be retired at the end of July 2016. Please see associated post below on SLP with action that needs to be taken.
