We are currently experiencing some issues receiving external calls. The SWOne helpdesk is unaffected.
If you do experience problems contacting the SWOne helpdesk please email them at SWOICTHelpdesk@somerset.gov.uk
The SCC Customer Contact Centre has also been affected, so they are currently not receiving any calls through the 0300 number but are still taking queries via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Southwest One are working to resolve this and will keep you updated as we know more.
