Update on incident from SWGfL, 07/05/2015, 10.30
The problem with customer browsing has now been resolved and was not related to a proxy issue. The root cause has been identified as a problem within the JANET network and our engineers have raised a fault with JANET to investigate the problem. In the meantime RM engineers have suspended our connectivity with JANET and traffic is re-routing over our alternative Internet connections. Connectivity with JANET will not be restored until we have confirmed the issue has been fully resolved and successfully tested.
