Full connectivity has now been restored

RM have identified the issue that has caused the poor connectivity performance in SWGfL this morning, the issue lies within our load balancing system. Our engineers are now working on a rectification plan. Further updates will follow in the next 60 mins.

SWGfL is aware some customers are experiencing intermittent connectivity issues in SWGfL. They are currently investigating this now.
